“Conditional” means the field depends on the provider, currency or payment rail.
Use the personal or business name held by the bank.
This identifies the clearing bank.
Copy the branch identifier supplied with the account.
Keep any leading zeroes and separators required by the provider.

The same destination can ask for different details
Hong Kong does not use IBAN. Local HKD payouts may use bank and branch codes with the account number. A direct international wire commonly requests the bank's SWIFT/BIC.
